Who called from 7184871051

Received two calls from 718-487-1051 which is identified as New York, NY.  When I called back, a recorded message asked for an authorization code.

Received one call, no one answered, called back and a recording explain due to network difficulties my called could not be completed.

they call 6 times a day, refuse to tell me who they are, until today they say they are a financial institution and they want to help my husband, i told them he wasnt here and she called right back and argues with me.  I told her not to call again and she said they will call me when they want to and that i will continue to get 6 calls a day until they resolve the issue.  What the hell!

Just received a call from this number.  When I answered, they said nothing.  I said Hello again, still nothing.  Then a beep and hang up.
