I've received numerous calls from this number and my experience is the same as all prior commenters here. It's either just ringing and hanging up on you or lying that you won a cruise in a attempt to scam you. I swear I get more calls from more garbage callers like this on my phone than from people I actually give my number to!
January 8, 2016, 11:10 A.M. Count me in on the "list" of called persons. Same M.O. - only this time, there was silence and then a hang up! Too bad there wasn't away to send a 100,000 volt charge through the line, right into their machines and fry them! You can't block them because they continuously change the number they are calling from to thwart call blocking, call rejection, etc. - the only solution is to "neutralize" them, the currently "politically correct" term for eradication!
