I got one this morning too......on my cell phone....and I didn't answer it either. I'm sure it's one of those "spoofed" caller IDs from someone claiming to lower my credit card bills. I'd love to get ahold of those "line seizure" devices that public safety departments have so they can't bother others.
Be very careful. ..when you sign up for anything on line, most companies sell your number to other companies. I looked into a weight loss pill and decided not to buy it and now they won't stop calling me. When they call I normally I don't answer but if they call more than once I tell them..."I am on the national DO NOT CALL LIST (which I am) and if you call again...you will be hearing from my lawyer" (which I don't have but they don't know that). Works every time...
