I never miss a payment and is always on time with full payment. Why harass me? I don't owe money! 7 calls in a day, first thing i see EVERY morning 718-559-4080, ugh, SO ANNOYING! I wish they would track down people who dont pay child support that much!
A few months ago, I got 5-6 calls from them on my cell. I finally answered and it was Cablevision going into a long speal about why I should get Triple Play. I told them I wasn't intereted. This stopped the calls for a month or two, then they started calling back. Finally answered and told them I wasn't interested. Now I have had 3 calls from them in the last 24 hours. They left a message once, but not the other 2 times.
Based on advice on this site, I called back and followed the steps to put myself on their "Do Not Call List." I hope it works.
Someone needs to cancel their cable service and let Cablevision know it is because of this harrassment. I might do it if the "do not call" feature doesn't work.
I put myself on Cablevision's Do Not Call list a couple of years ago. Within the last couple of weeks, I have received calls with no message, or nobody behind the phone if I answer. The comical thing is I have recently signed up - on my own volition - to get this Triple Play of theirs! So what more could they want?
