called THREE times today and left two messages. Nothing on the voicemail.

Called. Left no message. Tried calling number back but turned phone off.

This number has called me 5 times today. 4 times it was a male. 5th time female. They say they are calling because I have been selected to receive a $6,000.00 grant from the federal grant department. I have received calls from them in the past and have asked them to stop calling but to no avail!!!! And.....I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HECK THEY ARE SAYING!!!!!
