Who called from 7186122865

These guys are calling several times a day. Not sure from where did they get my number and why are they bothering so much.

answered a call from this  number, they asked for my daughter. Person couldn't understand english and hung up on me, when I asked to take a message, first they said "yes I can do that" and I repeated "do you have a message I can give?" female responds "yes please" I wait nothing is said...I say "who's calling?" She hangs up. eeerrrrrr!!!!!!!! rude and before 7am too.

First call came through at 6:40 a.m.  Second at 7:50 a.m. waking me up.  They hung up when I answered the first time to cuss them out.  Who are these people and what can be done to stop them?

A guy have been calling for the last few days offering a "Government Grant". When I say I was not interested, he start insulting me and hung up.

I have been getting calls from this number for the last few weeks.  They say it is about a $6,000.00 Government Grant.  Like our Government would give money away....lol.  I had asked them to stop calling but of course they didn't.  I blocked the number today.
