do not answer and if you do please do not agree to anything!!! I received a call from this # and they knew my name,cell # and other info so I thought it was a legit call from microsoft. They told me that my computer was sending a lot of error messaged and downloading destructive files. I told them to call me back because I was at work, after that i called Microsoft support directly spoke to Erin and they told me to ignore the calls because they are not associated with them and most likely it is a scam!!!!
