Who called from 7187050624

Caller ID read: "U P S"  (with spaces)

I wasn't thinking and answered it. Caller said "yes, just confirming someone will be home to receive documents for a Cynthia ***** " (my real last name which I blanked out here, he had correct)

I said "there's no one here by that name" and he immediately and rudely hung up

I'm presuming this was a debt collector looking for this person, just going through the phonebook for our last name.

they called me too. I did the same $hit, they're scammers! Reported to FTC.

Did the same to us.

Called and asked if this was where legal documents could be delivered for (my husbands name) I told him no he said that was the phone number he had for him and he would be charged with falsifying legal records.  Very rude man.

They call me asking with same story. who are these people and how do you report them?
