There's a whole bunch of Green Card Lottery scam websites such as USAFIS.ORG claiming to submit your application for the green card lottery. They have absolutely nothing to do with the DVD lottery, USAFIS is owned by a scammer in Israel. They don't have a single employee in the USA, they use USA mail boxes and USA VoIP phone numbers which you can rent over the Internet, to appear to be in the USA. Their one and only goal is to obtain your credit card number. Don't fall for it, they will withdraw hundreds of dollars as soon as they hang up.
USAFIS will call you many times trying to delay you from contacting your bank in the hope that the deadline for a chargeback expires. Don't believe anything they say as they lie all the time, if they charged your credit card, better contact your bank and ask for a chargeback as soon as possible. I visited the below mentioned site , and clicked on a button for more info . After filling my personal data (inc. my cell number) i pressed the button to continue and then a message was asking me to make a deposite (i dont remeber the exact number but it was something like 140 euros) in order to "complete" the transaction. I hit cancel and got out. After some minutes a mail reached my inbox and i clicked unsunscribe... After some minutes my cell rung and there was a woman from the same company.. i asked her not to contact me again and that i had already unsubscribed from their "service" . After that moment i receive constantly phonecalls from them at any hour of the day which of course i am not answering at all. Its reallly very bothering nd i am pissed off. I would like also to inform everyone that the official Australian goverment has a very extentive and free site concering people that are willing to emigrate to Austalia..

i do agree with you. i have been searching and trying to apply for immigration and when i get such phone calls i feel hopeful and believe what they say. it is cruel
@Evan Kasi: so they advert 2 countries. as I represented above I started to registrate to USAFIS. so to a site of the United States not to an Australian. http://www.usafis.org (n just like u I hat cancel)
Well it's a scam at all.
Both government have free sites, yup.
n as u see they're callin from the States. If u wanna get a Green Card to Australia they wont arrange it from there.
