When I answered it sounded like a room full of phone operators like a call center. I kept saying hello & they didn't answer. They eventually hung up. When I called the number back to see who it is, they were barely audible on mentioning the name of the company. Funny enough, the person answering the phone demanded to know who I was & why I was calling!!! She was very rude. Was American. I told her, funny, I was wondering the same thing!!! When I asked her what the nature of business the company was in, she didn't have an answer! Watch out for this scam company!!!
Got a call from 718 718 675 4990 this morning. They are a T-Mobile Customer (as am I) so their name came up on my caller I'd (wonderful t-mobile feature). The company name is Convergent Outsourcing Inc., (debt collector) formerly known as ER Solutions, Inc. After googling them I would be very hesitant to answer a call from these people. Left message identifying themselves as a debt collector (I don't owe ANYone a dime. Asked me to call them back at 800-477-5451. They did not say who they were looking to speak with. Number blocked.
