Get calls from this number at least every day. Always asking about my utility bill. I always hang up or get extremely rude with them. I think they're trying to scam people.
Got a call from this number. Asked who was calling and the purpose of the call. A woman mumbled something unintelligible and when I asked again very brusquely, who was calling and purpose of the call, no answer and I hung up. Have received calls from this number somewhat frequently.
I knew this number was a scammer thanks to threads like this. I received dozens of calls from this number before I was in a position to actually answer. Yesterday, I repeatedly told the guy to remove me from their calling list. He kept asking to speak to the owner of the phone. Finally, when he asked if he was speaking to the wife of the owner of the phone, I told him he had just shown that he had no idea what he was talking about. (I am the owner of the phone.) Eventually had to hang up as our conversation just went in circles.
