They can kiss my butt I reported them to the attorney general they call my home 10 times a day they even called at 11 pm at night with some recording. When you call them back you stay on hold forever and never get anyone when you do you get some rude [***] person on the phone. So I did what every person on this site did I told them to F off and have a nice day.. I OWE YOU NOTHING STOP CALLING MY HOUSE [***] CLOWNS
I thought I had heard the last from these people, but they have called me every day for the past couple of days. IS there anything we can to to put an end to these calls when they are calling for the wrong person?
Every time that you are contacted is a violation of the FDCPA laws. For each violation it is $ 1000.00. Make sure that you document each and every call.

Same Deal. First call was with a live, English-as-second-or-third-language type who was obviously reading from a script and who couldn't understand "Violation of Federal Law" if you hit him with it. Ever since it's been twice a day "Please call this important number now" prerecorded BS.
I have been receiving nonstop calls from this credit collector. I finally had enough and called the company back after finding this along with other sources of the same abuse. I contacted the manager and told him what was going on and told him about how others were being bothered. He took my number out of the automated dialer and the so called client account containing my number. My # before being given to me was not used since 1995. I also told them that they are in violation of FDCPA laws and DNC regulations. If the calls do not stop I will bring a lawsuit against them. I dont want to come home from a hard day's work to get badgering phone calls from someone who cannot speak properly and tell me I owe them money!!! No thank you.
