They can kiss my butt I reported them to the attorney general they call my home 10 times a day they even called at 11 pm at night with some recording. When you call them back you stay on hold forever and never get anyone when you do you get some rude [***] person on the phone. So I did what every person on this site did I told them to F off and have a nice day.. I OWE YOU NOTHING STOP CALLING MY HOUSE [***] CLOWNS
they call ALLL the time, say it's non-solicitation, make me press 1 to speak to someone, then put me on hold, using my cell minutes. sleazy business style. They got real upset that i didn't care to know anything about their company (not sure how they thought they were inticing me). the only thing i said was 'take me off your calling list right now.' Haven't yet received a call from them again. will find out within a week though, for sure.
You can get an unlisted number from you telephone company. They should have suggested this to you in the first place. And, if you tell a company to stop harrassing you with there phone calls, you can sue them if they do not stop. Always ask for the name of the company and the name of the person you are speaking with for your records. I work in the law and I know that if they continue, you can sue them. Since this is not a telemarketer's call the "Do Not Call List" mean nothing; but you can sue for harrassment.
Yep, it's Oxford Management alright. They haven't bothered us for about 4 months after I reported them to the "Do Not Call" website. Now they're at it again.
In the past, I've done everything from hanging up, giving them hell, not answering the phone, putting the phone down and not saying anything while they tell me to "wait", to blasting Ozzy Osbourne tunes into the phone receiver when I get a live person. Guess I'll have to start playing Ozzy for them again. Let's hope nobody at Oxford Management likes him, LOL.
