called me at 12:45 am and it was suspicious and called it back and it was a foreign

got two calls at 1:09 am and 1:14 didn't pick up the first one but the second one i did and they told me that it was Wells Fargo and my debit card was truned off due to suspicious activty and fees and they wanted me to enter in my debit card number. I don't even bank with Wells Fargo. Then this am I called back it was a recording in a different language.
