I have received numerous calls from scammers like this and it is really starting to annoy me. This one says his name is Justin Night (so original) and says the normal stuff that their are charges against me and I need my lawyer or me to call and get the details. They just want money and this is getting very old.
Just an FYI folks ...These people are scam artists..If you ever had a payday loan or any other unsecured transaction over the internet, even if your items were paid off,your information was sold to these scammers. (They suspect it was sold by a man in FL who was sued by the govt) Anyway, they will threaten you with a lawsuit and arrests and they say the same script everytime they call. Usuallythey use American sounding names. Do not speak with them but if you do, do not give them any information or confirm what they have.
i'm tried of the calls stating that there is a action againist me and/or my lawyer should call them today. i have been getting these calls for over 3 months. the call are in a set of 3, starts on monday, then on wednesday and ending on friday. always using the same name of who is calling( on two of the days normal english: on the last their make the mistake a leave a forgien name) leaving no company name or using a company name you cannot understand. the numbers they are calling from are non-existing. used to work for the phone company i know that all phone numbers whether calling in or out is a standard set of ten numbers...(area code 3 digits) + (3 digits prefix) + (4 digits line number). per my lawyer if there is a lawsuit or court action towards you, you should get a LETTER stating that actions againist you. just let them leave their message DON'T answer any of their call and report the calls. also try changing your number and start screening your calls. if you don't know the number DON'T ANSWER THEIR CALLS...the your voice mail or answer machine answer for you.
Got a call yesterday at 7am then today at 645 am that there is a case pending against me and they is going to be a warrant issued. Lol The man couldn't even give me exact details about the debt. He still kept going after I gave him my attorneys number. First of all you can call until after 8am and you can threaten anyone. then he had the nerve to tell me he wasn't threatening me!!
