called me from this number, say there were IRS, asked me to called back.
I called back right away and this patric Cooper picked up the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I requested for supervisor, then he said he was the supervisor. I inquired was he the supervisor of himself, then he transfferred me to a different guy!!!!!!! say will call me back.
What a scam! i just never fall for it. because i know exactly what is happening in my life and whatever they claim would never happen in my life.

I had an "Officer Patrick Cooper badge 16108" from the IRS Crime Investigation Unit leave multiple messages saying that the issue was extremely time sensitive and that if I don't get in touch with them soon that he will have to leave me to the mercy of whatever happens next. He had an extremely thick accent and sounded like he was reading from cue cards. Don't call them.
They are now calling from (613) 704-1474. They are however still using the name of Officer Patrick Cooper and have an east Indian Accent. Caller says they are from the CRA and that I need to call them right away because someone has filed a claim against my name. If I do not return the call my SIN will be red flagged forever. This is a scam.
