called me from this number, say there were IRS, asked me to called back.
I called back right away and this patric Cooper picked up the phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I requested for supervisor, then he said he was the supervisor. I inquired was he the supervisor of himself, then he transfferred me to a different guy!!!!!!! say will call me back.
What a scam! i just never fall for it. because i know exactly what is happening in my life and whatever they claim would never happen in my life.

Just received the same "Officer Patrick Cooper" call from the 613-704-1474 number - claiming to be from the CRA. This, is of course, a scam. It would be nice to see whomever this is be prosecuted!
On caller ID, the name listed was Steven Massero, 202-241-5750. However, the guy on the phone said his name was Officer Patrick Cooper from the IRS and was calling about a serious criminal offense, payment of money due the IRS, and to call him back asap. He had an Indian accent. This isn't the first time we've received these calls--the caller leaves a different name each time. We just don't pick up the phone.
