They called and said that i was being investigted and that they were going to file charges against me for bank fraud and internet fraud but would not geive me any information
Some man with a heavy accent called me from a 904-563-3860 number and left a call back number of 772-209-7540 saying that I would be arrested if I didn't pay a debt to Glendale Bank. This is obviously a scam as I have never de-frauded a bank or any other business.
A man stating he was Officer Anthonthy Williams at 412-360-8427 wanted to collect on a payday loan, but asked me how much it was for. When I asked for more detailed information, he began to shout and get defensive stating that if I did not want to pay the loan back, I would be in court on Monday, when I asked what court house, he began to get agitated and told me that if i'm not going to cooperate I would be taken to court and pay thousands of dollars. When I asked for a company addrees the man asked me if I was trying to hit on him. He wanted me to transfer a payment person to person to an attorney Roy Campbell.
I got a call from 631-409-8016 and they wanted me to pay 1500 over the phone or they were going to take me to court for 6000. They know my address, phone number, place of employment, social, banking information, and two of my relatives phone numbers. Help, what do I do to stop these calls? They have even cused at me on the phone. I've recorded two of our conversations. They gave me an address which was 1432 Hoffman Lane Campbell, CA 95008 which is a locksmith. I don't know what to do, but I know my bank account has been hit several times for a large amount of money and I don't have it in there so I've got right now 85.00 in overdraft fees due to someone trying to pull money out. My bank is closed today but I will have them on the phone first thing Monday morning. What can I do??
