A man with a heavy Indian accent calling himself Roger Anderson with the Financial Crime Dept. called my work number saying that Tiffany Taylor did not carry through on what she said she would do and that either she or I needed to call him back in 5 minutes or he would file criminal charges. I don't know any Tiffany Taylor and told him he had a wrong number, later he called my mobile leaving the same message. After doing some research on the web, I feel confident that it is a scam.
I keep getting these calls saying they are filing a lawsuit against me and my socialy security . He says his name is Kevin Miller and with the LLC Law firm! He doesn't even know what state i live in. He says that he feels bad for me because the situation will unfold on me this Monday. Very stupid guy. Most companies would never sue you for something and have some crazy person with an Indian accent tell you that they feel sorry for you.
I received another call from a foeign individual stating that I must return to phone call once the message has been received. This is the 4th phone call in about 1 month. I have responded once and informed them that my attorney on record would be contacting them. They would not provide me with the information either over the phone or via US Mail. The phone call I received today was from a Christine and she threatned that if I do not or my attorney of record does not return the call the only thing she can do is wish me luck as the situation unfolds. The number that came across my caller id was 1-320-354-348; not even a complete number. The call back number she left was 718-873-9635, she did not leave the name of the organization that she is supposedly representing.
Be careful when speaking with these individuals, they are SCAM artist and hate to be out smarted.
They are doing the same thing to us. Im mordified by the harrasment level that we are recieving my husband is from india he tried talking to them nothing works. We got a lawyer i cant handle the stress even after our lawyer had contacted them they call constantly
The gentelman on the phone he had an indian accent. He did'nt give me his name, and insisted he wanted to speak to me. I screen my calls at my workplace, so I did'nt let on that it was me he was talking to. He the indian man said that there is a lawsuit filed against me, and that "Debora Herrera" which was me but I did'nt let on to call back immdiately. I asked him to send the information, all he said he wanted to speak to me. Then he gave me the information that he was from the "Law Office of Kevin Miller LLC", and the phone#(718)873-9635. So I google the law office could'nt find much, but a particular "Kevin Miller" was in a "Fraud" lawsuit!! and then I checked out this number, and I'am not the only one that has been harrassed by the same individual as well!!
