I received a call from this phone number minutes ago claiming my debit card had been "locked". No explanation as to why. Press 1 to reactivate it. Didn't do that. Stinks like a scam!
This number called me at 7:55PM on a weeknight. My cell said it was from New Jersey. Don't know anyone in NJ and also have my numbers on Do Not Call List, but this doesn't seem to be helping. As a rule I don't pick up a number I don't recognize; if it's important they will leave a message. I'm so sick of scammers!
I received a call from this number. Automated message stated my Mastercard had been suspended. No bank, company name given. Just a request to press 1 to restore my service. I hit 1 and was instructed to enter my Mastercard number. I don't even have a Mastercard. Scam for sure. How the heck did they get my cell phone number? I use it only for business.
