Guy called from NYC at 1o:30 PM about a Skid Steer

I'm an auctioneer.  He has called twice about buying a tractor at auction.  Both late around 9:30-10 p.m.

Called on 4/6 at 1:50PM saying he wanted to buy a tractor I had listed on Craigs List.   Incoherant with lots of background noise.

Called our dealership about buying a Skid Steer. When i told him we dont sell Skid Steer's he then said he was going to send us one? i told him i didnt understand what he meant and asked him where he was sending it from and he said "okay i'll call you back later".
