Who called from 7189620333

It works until it doesn't. when it's a spoofed number they work around it by calling using a different area code.

They call frequently, hang up after a couple of rings, leave no message.  Needless to say, I don't answer the phone.

This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1244 hours.  Because nearly every single call I get on my landline is a scam artist, I didn't bother answering.  I came here instead.  Legitimate companies abide by the Federal DNC list.  Even if a company is a valid one, if they're not conforming to the DNC list then they are criminals in my mind and not worth my time. Considering a customer from work sent me an email trying to get me to switch to some company called Green Energy (which, to me, sounds very akin to a pyramid schemes), I'm wondering if he gave my phone number - without my permission - to these pests.  Customer or not, I have no interest in pyramid schemes or companies who call me illegally.  Just because someone a know slightly gives them my phone number does NOT allow them to call me without my permission.

Called them back as often you can opt out, message was "this account is not valid".

Just called now. Did not answer and they left no message
