I have received calls from this number and there is nobody on the line. It is not a hangup it is just nothing. I try calling it and it is a busy signal

Calls and just hangs up. Call back no answer.

SCAM NUMBER RUN OUT OF FLORIDA EVEN THOUGH A NY ADDRESS/AREA CODE.  IT'S ASSOCIATED WITH BOGUS SCUM SUPPOSEDLY TRYING TO SELL DIABETES SUPPLIES TROLLING FOR MEDICARE NUMBERS.
