ScumoftheEarth nuisance rats.  Thanks Mr/Ms Congressrat for not taking care of this kind of scum.  Especially sincere pity for sick people and those waiting for medical/mortuary calls that have to deal with this bullcrap at critical times.  Its inhuman harassment.  Wake up people!
