Caller tell me this is about a payday loan i recieved online and that it was deposited into my account ,but would not tell me how much the deposit was for only to say u would be contact vy an attorney, she didnot gjve her name
I keep getting calls fro Vicky Sanders saying if I dont pay 200 dollars a month, they are going to issue a warrant and I will be going to jail. The call starts out with a recorded msg that says press one to speak to an operator. I have tried to call them back and have been disconnected many times. I finely got to talk to someone and told them I can only do 100 a month, and they will not except that. I think this is a scam, but I don't want to go to jail. what do I do?
Hi Sir, just received a few calls and when questioned who they are, was told private litigation office for an Attorney. When I continued to ask questions the hung up. But you are trying to get your clients paid. Yes, I agree this is an illegal manor of collections. And I too will have this reported as well.
