Received a call from Michelle at this number claiming to be debt collector and that I owe money from cash advance that was never paid and now I have felony charges for fraud and money laundering. She said if I agreed to settle that I wouldn't be arrested at my place of employment and go to jail. She could not provide any documentation but said it had been sent to my previous address and an old email address. I asked her to send me proof in writing and she refused stating that its going to be reviewed today at 3pm by a Judge at my local Courthouse. She had my birthdate, SSN, place of employment, bank information which was very unnerving. My husband is retired police officer and said it was a scam. When I did not agree to pay the amount, she said good luck and hung up on me. I called her back with my husband on the phone and as soon as he mentioned he was a police officer, she hung up again. I contacted local authorities and made a report. The said to block the number and keep an eye on my credit report.

I have been receiving several calls from various places that I do not recognize so I do not answer the calls. The first one was from Wilmore KY, (844-355-8787) then Litigation Support and today from Vonage Holding (720-207-2866) Richmond, VA (804-12-6683) and Auroroa, CO. (720-207-2866) The last call left a message from Catherine Taylor stating I had an urgent legal matter that either my attorney or I should return the call to 720-207-2869.
