Got a couple of calls so answered it was a robo message from Humana "Silver Sneakers" telling me to activate my account & where the closest facility was located. Why they don't say Humana I do not know but after reading these responses I decided to take the call otherwise I do not....but thanks for the "heads up" as it is Humana for me signing up for Medicare Part D...etc.....aging myself, oh well.
For once I cant gripe. I have humana ins. but am calling them to let them know I am not interested in their additional programs. I didnt recognize the # so it went to my voice mail.
This call is coming from a common call enter used by many businesses. Most likely would be a call representing your health insurance company.
More than likely has to do with your additional benefits that your current healthcare provider is offering. Because you're doing business with them, the Do-Not-Call registry does not apply.
Your choices would be:
to ignore the call
or talk to them and try to convince them to stop calling
or actually listen to what they have to say... you may be interested.
