If you do business with, have ever done business with, filled out a "sweepstakes" card, answered a tv or Internet ad, Do Not Call list does not factor in.
Also, depending on your Medicare Supplement, Silver Sneakers is a free membership to participating centers in your area. I have BCBS Elite and got free membership at my local YMCA - great program. I did call the 855-313-5211# left on my machine (after looking up the callback # provided) and it did go into an automated message at BCBS with various prompts telling me about Silver Sneakers and what locations in my area are participants and then it gave me a prompt to choose if I was already a Silver Sneakers member. This is a great program and best of all it's free! I am taking full advantage of it seeing as I'm paying for Medicare Supplemental insurance - why not!
@FedupinFlorida Do not call registry is not applicable since you have business dealings with whichever health insurer is sponsoring Silver Sneakers. Besides, don't you need to be shouting "GET OFF MY LAWN?"
