called asking for the owner by first name - saying she was Jennifer from Mike Rudeman's office. I explained the owner was busy and asked to take a message and she rudely said she would call back later. Oh Goody!
Asked to speak with the owner by name. When asked what the call regarded he said future business. Got a very hateful tone. I advised him that we do not accept solicitation calls he said not a solicitation and became irate. Advised him to remove our company from his list and he became enraged. I disconnected call at that point
Incredibly rude to my receptionist. Refused to speak with anyone or give any contact information for us to pass on, was vague about reason for call saying that he had new business. Refused name or anything else and when I told him that he would have to speak with me first he hung up. Called the number back only to get an answering service that seemed confused about who i was trying to reach.
A "Peter Street" calling from "GPS Manufacturing". My caller I.D. read "Denver". Called my office looking to speak with the President of our company, and claimed he was returning her call. He was not very nice.
Said his name was Mike Evans from IES Manufacturing. Asked to speak to owner by name. I knew I wasn't going to put the call through but I acted as if I was and put him on hold, every couple of minutes I'd pick up and tell him the owner was almost off the other line and if he could please wait another minute or two, and he did for about thirty minutes. He started to get a little frustrated (a lot) but he deserved it. I recognize the number, they always call asking for owner and give me different names and different companies
