Receved a message on home office number from a Mr. Flynn at Davis Rogers & Assoc. Said it was about an urgent matter. They were looking for the people that used to own this telephone number previously. I get a lot of these calls for the same person and have informed them repeatedly that they have the wrong person.
This time called back and Mr. Perelli answered and hung up on me when I said I wanted them to stop calling my home. I called back again, spoke to same person who said he was a Paralegal group calling for some attorneys and did not know what it pertained to. I assume it is a collection issue for the previous number owners. As with the previous calls, they said they would remove my number, however, it hasn't worked in the past. Tried running a search on these folks and could find nothing. I suggested they check white pages since it was easy for me to see where the previous folks live you'd think they would be about to figure it out as well.
I just received a call from this same man (Mr Pirelli) and he tells me I owe a Payday loan of $510 from Oct 2008. I know for a fact that Payday loans dont issue loans for such an odd amount. I use Payday loans all the time in the past and everyone gives loans in $50 or $100 Increments. he had all of my personal information and all of my family names and numbers.
he then told me I could settle for double the original amount owed and settle. I now stay in a different state and he has that address as well. his law firm said I will be served Papers in two weeks if I dont pay.
I have gone through this [***] many times in the past.
Received messages from 2 family members yesterday that a man named mr perrelli needed to talk to / contact my husband.
The 1st # was 1-877-299-1175 & a supposively mr perrelli is / works for davis rogers & associates in aurora, co. and the attorney he said was a Russell Richardson who was handling a supposed debt. I demanded comparison to a loan and when his & MY records did not jive, I asked for proof of his and he refused. When I said his dates and mine again did not jive & I'd call the bank he said we used in a different date, amount etc he became upset and started to make threats of attorney filing papers etc and I said go for it. He decided to say he'd see if he could send me email of his records and I could call back with bank info & proof.
I decided to call # back after hours to see what / who was on service and only got a message office was closed leave a message. I did.
This am, Mr Perrelli called me back from a totally different # 720-216-2111 which was listed when ck'd at several sites as under a Alexandria sanderson in aurora, co. Then I ck'd out Russel Richardson attorney..and he is listed in addresses in aurora, co. but under different addreses. I also because the phone mr perrelli was today on kept, weaving in-out, ck'd and it is a cell phone.
Then I searched info on Davis Rogers & Associates and they have phone # domains in the hundreds all over the place.
*** BE AWARE THAT NOT JUST THIS GROUP BUT, ANY DEBT COLLECTOR..CAN NOT CALL & DIVULDGE PERSONAL & PRIVATE INFO TO ANYONE. THEY IF ASKED..DO HAVE TO SEND YOU ALL THEIR SO CALLED PROOFS OF DEBT, THEY CAN NOT HARRASH OR THREATEN COURT OR ANYTHING ELSE. & I WILL BE CHECKING OUT THE ATTORNEY INFO ANOTHER COMPLAINER LISTED PREVIOUSLY WITH ATTY GENERAL IN CO AND BAR ASSOCIATION.
I also received the same call yesterday 4-3-2013. Everything mentioned is the exact same thing I was told. I have reported them to the BBB and on the scam alerts post. How can you owe money on something you never received or done or even lived in that city in 4 years and the bank account was closed over 4 years ago.

Dec 2012 family members received CELL phone calls, asking for me and my husband... He said his name is Marco Perelli with Davis, Rogers & Associates..... from caller i.d. phone number 720 216 2111 we have a smart kid who would not give out info on parents but told Mr. Pereli to submit in writing anything he is requesting... She didn't give any phone numbers, addresses or emails... He called her several times, arrogant, condescending, acted like he was trying to just do us a favor but if we didn't want his help then........ NO idea how he got her cell number and was surprised to have him finally call my land line.... caller i.d. said Aurora Colorado with that same phone number... Same arrogant attitude, questions that I would not confirm or answer, he then implied that if I was not cooperative, then he would be forced to handle it another way... said he was calling us for a " Noel Turner ".... I demanded to know who this Noel Turner was and if it was this Noel that gave Marco my family's names and numbers.... "Marco" arrogantly assured me he was just trying to do a favor for a friend and when I would not let up on MY questions about Noel Turner, he finally apologized and said he had the wrong family..... SCAMMING SCUM! not a bill collector because we are never behind on anything... we do not have common first names... CREEPY
