Called my cell but they only ring once then hangs up. WTF?? They called 3 different times now. The cell rings less than a second then hangs up. I didn't even have enough time to pick up. They also never left any messages.

Got a call from them but didnt answer. I check this site for all unidentified numbers and this one showed up. I get a couple a day from various phone numbers using various area codes. I just keep blocking them as they come in but they just keep finding new numbers to call from. I'm probably up to 100 blocked numbers by now. They're probably overseas using some program that generates or steals phone numbers so there's probably not much you can do
