Just got a phone call Josh Cruz from the Phoenix group I told him the same as I did last week that if he did not stop calling I was going to turn him over to my lawyer he is very rude and a total [***]!
The guy just told me the name of the company is called "Phoenix". He refused to tell me the nature of the business that he works for. He's also a very rude smartass.
Josh Cruz and many other morons keep calling from this number about a tax situation currently being handled by our CPA. These guys are ambulance chasers. They get the info via public information from the IRS and act like they are calling from the IRS/on behalf of the IRS. Hang up on them. Do not take their calls. They are rude, mean and nothing but a bunch of jack holes. I don't think their mother loved them as a child or they got dropped on their heads as a baby.

Josh Cruz called our office for days harassing and berating us. The owner finally got on the phone and it was all a scam to buy some type of service! He lied and was very rude. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS [***]! He called from this number 720-457-2760 (Denver, CO).
I got a call from a Tanya on this number. Left a message that it was regarding Federal taxes. I figured it was a scam so I didn't return the call. Wonder how many people get taken in though.
