I usually ask these people about the last time they had sex with their parents or pets. They usually don't call back.

I have reported this to twenty five gov agencies. I have consulted for them for fifty years.  IF in fact this is  a debt collector. I'm NOT authorized ANY constitutional rights civil rights or human rights" I'm NoT authorized identification on the planet" therefore Resulting in constant toture. I am Not Allowed to pay anything. I am Not allowed a paycheck for nearly thirty five years. I have already notified governors and presidents.
I have lost billions coming from a banking family. I'm not authorized or allowed to pay you OR allowed to have the affordable care act. You need identification for that. Thank you and God Bless.

You can sue them. Ask for the name of the company. Note each time they called, and you can sue them for each call.

Called  number  back, they are  to remove  my number within 24 hours,  if not I will  call them again and again, I won't  be happy...
