Received call 1-13-16 at 8:33 a.m. from Denver CO.  No message was left. It has been our experience that calls from "City State" are scammers.

Got a call from a company who said they were a lawn and tree service and wanted to answer any questions. Our neighbors have "pale" lawns and they wanted to share about their services. He seemed polite and thanked me for my time when I declined his help.
