I answered my cell and I was asked if Nancy was there. I told him that he had the wrong number. He said the same "maybe you can help" asking for donations to help vets. I said I would. He said there were 3 options. Red ("most expensive"), white ($35), blue ($20). I said I'd do the blue. He transferred me to another guy that said in 3-5 days I'd receive a packet with info. He asked for my full name and address then in the middle of his sentence the phone disconnected. So I checked here and don't know what to think of it all. I'm not sending money that's for sure.
Called and asked for Debra. If you say "Wrong number," the caller asks, "maybe you can help me . . . " Interesting scam tactic. Unfortunately I picked up the phone twice as this is a local number. Will ad it to the reject list.
