I receieved the same calls they harrasing. Dude said his name was frank lewis. They are out to foul younger and older ppl. Report them at 1877-FTC-HELP
This Indian guy gave himself an obvious fraudulent name, "Steven Johnson" then said that me or my lawyer must get back to him and if we don't that he will only be able to wish me luck with what will unfold on top of me. The fact that this company threatened me, is only the beginning of the illegal action they took today. And I should walk down to a lawyer and file a suit against them for that behavior. Instead, since their clearly powerless and bs and only have people who threaten hoping to scare old people into paying them money (not me [***]) I will just block them on my phone. But if they call again, they will feel my pent up anger for threatening me.
Kim- I got the EXACT same message - two days in a row- my cell phone and my work phone!!!! If you find there is anything that can be done- please let me know!! VERY frustrated!
I received the strangest call threating me that I am being charged with a criminal act, which I have no clue what that is about. The guy called himself Sam Jackson 720-358-8035 and that he was with an attorney’s office called Jack & Watson Legal Assc. He sounded of India decent and told me I would be served papers tomorrow and then arrested. I haven’t gotten into any trouble. I asked what company was pressing charges and he said US Cash Lending. I did a Google search on the phone number, it appears there are other complaints regarding this situation.
