I receieved the same calls they harrasing. Dude said his name was frank lewis. They are out to foul younger and older ppl. Report them at 1877-FTC-HELP
If you get these Harassing phone calls, call the police, make a police report as a harassing phone call, then call the attorney general and fill out a complaint against these people!! and then when you are done with the police and Illinois attorney general, call the FBI and do the same thing FILE A REPORT!! then call the U.S. Attorney and file a complaint against these people!! FIGHT BACK AGAINST THESE PEOPLE, i CALLED THAT NUMBER 720 358 8035 AND I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO FILE WITH THE US ATTORNEY, THERE IS A LAW IN ILLINOIS PHOHIBIT THIS KIND OF CONDUCT, BUT THAT I NEED THE HEAD ATTORNEYS NAME!! THE WOMAN HUNG UP ON ME.
THE MAGIC WORD HERE IS TO "FILE CHARGES" AGAINST THESE PEOPLE.
I just received a call from 720-358-8035. He had an Indian accent. Told me that I had a payday loan out and his office was filing charges on me and that the local authorities would be at my door on Monday to arrest me unless I sent his office $225.38 via a Vanilla Reload Network. He said it's a voucher and do not use a debit or credit card to pay him. Actually had me a little scared. I called the place he said I had the loan through and they had no record of me having a loan there.
Received call from 720-358-035 threatening to file a civil lawsuit. They asked me did I know what this was about? said no. They said it was for fraud and stealing. Said that an officer would be at my job on Monday to take me jail and that I would be there for 30 days.
