Got the same call today. They don't say who they are. I called the number back and I got a message that says "Please wait while you are connected" and I heard music for about 2 minutes and it hangs up.
I received this call several times now. It's always a pre-recorded message that states a merchant has filed a claim against me for a returned note and that I will be prosecuted and turned into Checks X system....
I have never lived in Colorado, I have checked with both my banks and there are no "returned notes". But it's a pre-recorded message and wont stop calling. How do I make it stop? they are calling my cell phone.
