Got a call from that same number telling me that my name and bank acct has been used in a legal matter. I just got my bank acct and always had prepaid cards so I think this is a scam b/c when he called it sounded like he was trying to disguise his voice to make it sound raspy. This is too fishy for me. His name is Marcus Johnson
I got a voicemail from this number. Said his name is Marcus Johnson but does not say where he is calling from. He said that he is working on a case that MAY involve my name and social security number. He said that legal documentation was delivered to my house and it required an immediate response. If I don't call him back I'll face "legal complications." Sounds like a downright scam because he never says my name, where he is calling from, or what it is regarding.
I received the same voice mail. They have my name and ss# for a case and need a call asap. I love the reject button on my phone. Bother someone else fool.
