I get a call daily from this number and at about the same time. I never pick up and whoever this is, they don't leave a message. Time to block the number.

The person claims the call is for a political survey on a proposition. I went along with it until he started asking questions not regarding the proposition; marriage and children. More than likely it is a phishing scam.
Keep getting called by this number; never answer the call and they never leave a voicemail. I finally called the number directly and got a pre-recorded message which at one point stated to leave a message if I wanted my number removed from their call list. So I did, now I'll have to wait and see if it actually works.
