I got the same call, very robotic, said he was Jack Henderson and is sending my case to my local police department for IRS fraud...whatever. I didn't call back.
POS Person Just want to steal your money!! IRS Doesn't call you, they'll send you a letter. I had at least 5 calls last year. No sheriff yet! LOL! Person need money for losing gambling problems.
Got a call yesterday from this number with same message as above....that I will be arrested and that it is the IRS and I need to call them and talk to Jack Henderson. What I find funny is that I file joint with my spouse. They never call him. I would think if "I" truly owe, it would be "we" would truly owe and they would be calling both of us. I know the IRS does not call you.
