A week ago i got a phone call from a person claiming they are from the summons department , and they were looking for a person that i didn't know so i called back and told them tthat i don;t know that person. Now Monday i got another phone call same voice and same message , but this time in my name but the number was from minnesota , the first call came from a south carolina number and today i got another call but now its from a californa number same person. How can we stop these calls
I got a call from the same number several times. Initially they were calling from a number with a 504 area code now the 720 area code. They are asking for someone with another name. Threatening that they have legal paperwork that they will deliver to my JOB and also send a summon via the Police. They call about 3 times a day starting around 8:30 in the morning.
They left a screaming message here and didn't say who it was for. I am retired and have no Hr for them to contact. Nor do I owe money to any one that would be in collection. They didn't leave a name so I left them a message. If they call again they will be contacted by an attorney.
I got a recorded message that said, "Dominque Walker. You have had activity on your SS number. Your code is, "Q239635." 720-446-0630...our legal department.
