Wanted to speak to the owner of the company... Won't give them the time of day. Next stop, report them to the DNC registry... I understand people need to make a living but really?!
Name of the Company is Cresent Processing
They call and I answer and the call always disconnects but I constantly receive calls from this number which is very annoying. I am not soliciting their services. I did call their 800 618-4428 number and it is a credit card processing company. I asked to have my number removed.
this company (Crescent) has several other numbers that they call from as well. They have called me several times.... did not leave message. I have "google voice" and they have a wonderful way of blocking people! I can arrange it so when they call back, it will have the recording that "this number is no longer in service" :)
If you get a call from this telemarketer, please file a complaint with the FCC and FTC: http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx. If they receive enough complaints, they'll investigate. In addition, they send information on how to file a lawsuit. Recently, they shut down five of these scams.
After a pause a women came on the line asking for an owner, I said I was one. She then said they would be in town to show me their credit card services. I said we were fine. She then wanted to know if I'd ever met with them, said "no", we're fine. She was getting more irritated. I told her to put me on the do not call list. She hung up. Star 69'd got the number looked it up here. the people who answer to there was polite. wrote down my number and applogized. Give them a call, seems to work
