The government has started a new program in which they are classifying and storing "Voice Files" or "Voice Specimens" with the individual demographics, such as SS #'s, Names, Aliases, Credit History, Civil and Criminal Records, Social Media Accounts; Blood, Urine, Stool and Hair samples, and many other things that I digress in saying!
Basically they are able to reproduce your voice. The machine generates a "Voice Model" which is a direct "clone" to your voice; also known as "Voice Cloning" from the "Voice Specimen" that enlisted the help of some 17,000 linguists and translators; They can even generate multi-lingual models!
I am in Russia, and don't want to share too much with the Russian Government, so please excuse me if you find my explanation to be vague.

what I do is call back and leave messages very day. Say things like if you call my phone and leave ads and want me to buy something from your automated robot, ( I say other things as well)
