This is a cold call trying to install a home security system. It starts out with "the FBI reports a home break in every..." And then the sales pitch. Anyway, if you listen to it all the way through it gives you the option to get on a do not call list. We'll see if that works...

No it wont, they will probably just call you more from all different numbers.
ROT: Never answer numbers you don't know and do not push any buttons since you only confirm they have a live a number!

Number called my cell phone in Minnesota at 8:05PM CT

In the beginning it gives a statistic form the FBI about home break-ins...then it says if you want to be "protected" press 1, if you want to be placed on DNC list press 2. Im assuming its a telemarketer for some sort of home security service.
