This is the United States Olympic Committee (USOC) fundraising outfit that has been harrassing me for years using multiple numbers, including 720-452-5678, 720-452-5655 and 720-452-6378. This time their ID is TeamUSA. I never answer these calls and wouldn't consider ever giving them a penny. I don't see why I am their only victim, but I am heartily sick of it and will be reporting them...again...sigh.
What do you mean by shouting "Do Not Call List"? Are you not aware that solicitations for charitable contributions are not covered by the Do Not Call regulations? Callers such as this are not required to register for access to the DNC list and therefore cannot screen numbers before calling. They are required to maintain an internal Do Not Call list and place numbers on it when requested. If they refuse or call after the statutory 30 days have passed you can file complaints with the FCC and they can be fined $16,000 per call.
