Woman spoke so fast and so garbled I couldn't make it out but since she had my and my husband's legal names I asked for a supervisor's phone number to verify whatever she was saying (sounded like she said "collections"). She wouldn't give me a straight answer for anything so figured this was spam or phishing. See here it was likely research, which makes a lot of sense. Why on earth do companies think we want to talk to them late in the evening when we're trying to unwind? Ridiculous. Blocked.
