This number has called me for the past 3 days, at max, about 5 calls in total

It's definitely a SCAM. Research Center indeed. Voice sounded like Bill Clinton trying to hustle a date. He thought he was calling Obama but dialed the wrong number.

Rang 3 times. Didn't recognize the number, came here to look at what others are saying. Annoying to get calls right at dinner time.

If you call the number back it is Mountain West Research Center. You can have your phone number removed by emailing at the addres provided on the message. Just call the number back and listen for the information.

Yeah do that and guarantee tons of more BS calls.
