OMG this place is crazy. A woman just left a message on my mom's answering machine. "Hi (mom's name), this is Kayla Howard. I am trying to get a hold of (my name). Please have her call me at 720-494-2980.
It is BC Services, what I have found they collect most of the debt for Longmont businesses.
This place has NEVER called MY house or sent me anything in the mail. I haven't lived with my mom for eight years!
I am almost positive that this is a collection agency for the Jewish Medical Center. When you first went to the facility you gave them all kinds of information on to how to reach you, as well as emergency contact numbers of family and friends. When you didn't pay the bill, as many decide not to do, all this information is turned over to a collection agency that gets about 40% of the amount you owe if they collect it.That's why they call you so much, and later your family and friends numbers.
I received a call from this number at my place of business, they would not release who they were to my co-worker so the left a message. I called them back, they asked me to verify my SSN, DOB, and spouse information? I asked what they were calling about and they stated that unless I verified who I was they would not release information. I told them this was my place of business and if they ever contacted me at this number again, I would consider it harrasement and would contact my attorney.
