OMG this place is crazy. A woman just left a message on my mom's answering machine. "Hi (mom's name), this is Kayla Howard. I am trying to get a hold of (my name). Please have her call me at 720-494-2980.
It is BC Services, what I have found they collect most of the debt for Longmont businesses.
This place has NEVER called MY house or sent me anything in the mail. I haven't lived with my mom for eight years!
Called for my 19 year old son. Explained I am his mom and could I help her. She asked for another # to reach him at. I explained he's been dead for nearly 3 years now...She said "oh sorry, I'll have the # removed". We will see.
FYI, I WAS paying on a hospital bill. They had me served for a court date anyway. I was sending them $10 per week on an $800 bill. When I called to see why they were suing me even though I was paying, they said it wasn't enough. If they had let me know that, I could have done something before they decided to sue! We came to an agreement of $25 per week and they said the suit would be dropped (court date is end of January) but absolutely REFUSED to send me any confirmation of our agreement in writing. I don't trust them at all. Will be getting my own attorney through prepaid legal.
Received a call stating "this call is for the parent of xx xxx, please call Rita Garcia at 720-494-2980". No company name or reason for the call were stated. My child is a minor.
Look you [***] bc employ,I understand if you have a bill you have to pay..They keep calling me and I have never been to Parker hospital ..So yes they are a scam and a joke..I'm working on filing a classaction law suit for harassment and pain and suffering..Keeping calling [***] heads your going to buy me a new car....Lol
